CKA Architectural Limited is a small architectural practice offering a friendly service from offices in the Old Town of Eastbourne, East Sussex. 

We provide architectural services, including the submission of planning applications and building regulations applications, for; new housing, residential extensions & loft conversions, flat conversions, HMO’s, change of use applications, commercial, care homes, renovations and more.

We work mainly in Eastbourne, Wealden, Lewes,  Rother and Hastings council areas, but we also cover  surroundings areas.

We pride ourselves on remaining open minded and will do our best to get the right design solution to suit your purpose, lifestyle and budget.

At CKA Architectural we aim to provide each client with ideas and options. We always see the design process as a joint effort between our client and ourselves and strive be approachable, think laterally and remain flexible and open to different design solutions

We provide a free initial visit or phone consultation, where we can discuss ideas, feasibility, and budget costs. This will be followed by a written fee proposal setting out our proposed work and what will be required in the way of planning and building regulation approvals from the local Council, and other consultants that might be required.

When you are ready to consider choosing a building contractor, we can put you in touch with a number of local builders that we have had a close working relationship with over many years.

In addition to builders we have a good working relationship with a whole range of specialists and consultants, and can make the necessary arrangements on your behalf should they be required. These may include Structural Engineers, Planning Consultants, Heritage Consultants, Arborists, Ecologists, Archeologists, Flood Risk Consultants, Transport consultants, Energy assessors and Fire Engineers.
